Guangzhou Julong Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. is a sports sunglasses manufacturer producing custom cycling, running and outdoor sunglasses for global brands since 2011. From our 8,000 m² dust-free factory, our 105-person in-house team ships 80,000-100,000 pairs every month to buyers across North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia.
Founded in Guangzhou in 2011, Julong Eyewear has grown into a two-factory manufacturing group. Around 90% of our output is OEM/ODM custom manufacturing – frames, lenses and packaging built to one client’s exact specification – while the remaining 10% is ready-to-ship stock under our own brands JUBAO and JULONG.
Most factories treat overseas sales as an afterthought. We built our org chart the other way around: nearly one in five Julong employees works directly on serving international buyers, and our engineers sit one wall away from the production line.

Heated TR90 or polycarbonate is injected into precision molds to form the base frame.
Frames are painted and coated for appearance, scratch and corrosion resistance.
Lenses are cut to exact shape for a perfect fit with the frame.
Lenses are heat-formed to match the frame’s base curve for optical comfort.
Protective and functional films (mirror, hydrophobic, anti-fog) are laminated onto lenses.
Frame components are welded together for a sturdy, durable structure.

Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per model per color. Trial orders below the MOQ are accepted with a 10% unit-price adjustment to cover machine setup costs.
Our R&D team returns structural suggestions within 24-48 hours of receiving your drawings or reference samples, and 3D prototyping is available for complex custom structures. A sample fee applies (PayPal accepted), with shipping freight borne by the buyer.

Yes. Logo methods include silkscreen printing, laser engraving, etching, epoxy metal plates and metal trim, placed on the temple, lens corner, nose bridge, elastic strap or retail packaging. We also produce custom color boxes and hard cases, with frame colors matched to your Pantone codes.
