Julong is a sports sunglasses manufacturer in Guangzhou, China. Six specialized product lines, covering running, cycling, fishing, floating, baseball and pickleball, engineered in our 8,000 m² dust-free workshop and shipped worldwide as private label with your logo, Pantone colors and retail packaging.
Runners ditch eyewear for three reasons: it slips when sweaty, fogs in humidity and feels heavy after mile ten. Julong running frames solve all three – ultra-light TR90 construction, polarized high-contrast lenses and anti-slip silicone nose pads that hold position through every stride and sprint.
Riders face light that changes constantly – tunnel to open road, tree shade to full sun, dawn to midday. Julong cycling glasses use photochromic polarized lenses that auto-adapt to UV intensity, so cyclists never stop to swap lenses. Flexible TR90 frames stay locked under any helmet shape.
Water glare blinds anglers and hides the fish beneath the surface. Julong fishing sunglasses use TAC polarized lenses that cut reflected glare by over 99%, letting your customers read water structure and spot fish. Hydrophobic coating sheds spray and rain in one wipe.
The number-one complaint from kayakers, paddleboarders and boaters: “My sunglasses fell in the water and sank.” Julong floating sunglasses solve this with a built-in buoyancy frame – if they go overboard, they float. Your customers retrieve them instead of replacing them.
Baseball and softball players need eyewear that tracks a small, fast-moving ball against bright skies – and survives being hit by one. Julong baseball frames pair PC shatterproof lenses with high-contrast technology that makes the ball pop visually, plus anti-slip silicone that holds position through sprints and dives.
Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in North America – and players are discovering that regular sunglasses slip during lateral shuffles, fog during long rallies and can’t handle the ball speed at the kitchen line. Julong pickleball frames combine TAC polarization with PC high-contrast lenses in a flexible TR90 build tuned for court movement.
Beyond sport categories, every Julong frame can be built with the lens and material technology your market demands. These are our three most-requested feature builds. All available as private label from 300 pcs per model per color.
Lenses auto-adjust from clear to dark as UV conditions change – one pair for dawn rides, midday sun and overcast returns. No more carrying a second pair or swapping lenses mid-ride.
TAC polarized lenses eliminate reflected glare from water, wet roads and bright sand – the go-to spec for fishing, driving and water-sport brands that need all-day visual comfort.
Grilamid TR90 frames flex under pressure and snap back to shape – bend-resistant, heat-stable and feather-light. The comfort-first material for everyday performance eyewear.
90% of our monthly 80,000-100,000-piece output is custom OEM work, so private label is our default, not an add-on. Tell us your target market and price point, and our 8-person R&D engineering team will match the right frame, lens and finish, with structural 3D sampling feedback within 24-48 hours.
Pantone-matched frame colors in custom sizes, with matte, gloss or rubber finishes and custom temple shapes.
PC or TAC polarized lenses with UV400, plus photochromic, mirrored and hydrophobic coating options for your market.
Silkscreen, laser engraving, etching, metal plate or metal trim – on temples, lens corners, nose bridge, straps and packaging.
Custom color boxes, hard cases and export cartons – retail-ready or FBA-ready, matched to your brand guidelines.
Our MOQ is 300 pieces per model per color, which keeps private label accessible for growing brands and e-commerce sellers. Orders below MOQ are accepted at a 10% unit-price surcharge to cover machine setup. Standard stock items from our in-house brands, including JUBAO, ship in smaller quantities.
Yes. Cycling and running frames use ventilated lens and frame designs that channel airflow across the inner lens, plus adjustable nose pads that hold the frame at the right distance from your face. This keeps vision clear during climbs, sprints and cold-weather rides – the two most common complaints we hear from end riders.
Julong photochromic lenses react to UV within seconds: they darken automatically under bright sunlight and return to a clear state indoors or at dusk. Riders and runners need only one pair for dawn training, midday sun and overcast returns. Order photochromic samples to test transition speed and darkness level in your own conditions.
Our factory is ISO 9001 certified and audited under BSCI. Products carry CE marking (tested to EN166 / EN167 / EN174) and FDA registration for the US market. CE and FDA certificates ship with every order, and our 100% pre-shipment inspection reports support smooth customs clearance into North America, Europe and Australia.
Yes. We are not a public-mold trader – Julong holds 30+ in-house design patents and 90% of our output is custom OEM work. Our 8-person R&D engineering team develops proprietary frame structures exclusive to your brand, and responds to structural 3D sampling requests within 24-48 hours.
Two stages protect every order. First, a PPS (pre-production sample) is confirmed with you before mass production starts. Second, every finished piece passes 100% pre-shipment inspection in our dust-free assembly workshop. You receive the full inspection report, approved PPS sample and CE/FDA certificates with each delivery.
Five logo techniques: silk-screen printing, laser engraving, etching, metal plates with drip-glue and metal trim strips. Logos can be placed on temples, lens corners, nose bridges, elastic bands and retail packaging. We also produce custom color boxes and hard cases, plus a marketing asset pack with product photos and 2D/3D renders.
Our two manufacturing bases and 8,000 m² dust-free workshop deliver 80,000-100,000 pieces per month, with 5-15 new frame shapes released yearly. Payment terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. A 20-person overseas sales team supports buyers across North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia.
