Private label sunglasses are the default model for most emerging eyewear brands. Instead of designing a frame from scratch and owning the mold, you select an existing Julong design, apply your logo, Pantone colors, and retail packaging, and launch under your own brand. This model dramatically reduces upfront tooling cost and time to market.
What “Private Label” Means at Julong

About 90% of our monthly 80,000 to 100,000-piece output is custom OEM work. Private label is the simplest form of that work: you choose from our existing catalog of sport sunglasses, customize the colorway, lens tint, and branding, and we produce under your label. The frames and lenses remain Julong’s tested designs; the brand, packaging, and visual identity are yours.
Minimum Order Quantities
Standard MOQ is 300 pieces per model per color. Below-MOQ orders are accepted with a 10% unit-price adjustment to cover machine setup. This is a meaningful entry point for startups and niche brands that want to test a market without committing to a full container.
The Sampling Process
<

p>Samples move through three stages. First, a 3D-printed prototype in roughly seven days validates frame shape and fit. Second, a Pre-Production Sample in your exact Pantone colors and logo arrives in 12 to 15 days. Third, a small pilot run confirms that the production line can hold tolerances at scale. DFM feedback on structure and materials is returned within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your drawings.
Quality Control
Julong runs 100% inspection before shipment, not a random AQL draw. Each unit passes through drop-ball, UV-transmission, and hinge-cycle tests aligned with EN166, EN167, EN174, and Chinese GB14866 standards. Every carton ships with its inspection report plus CE and FDA documentation for your target market.
Shipping and Lead Times

Mass production takes 20 to 25 days for a first order. Repeat orders are faster because tooling and Pantone recipes are already dialed in. Shipping is typically FOB Guangzhou, with options for air freight on urgent restocks.
